Printing Specifications
While you can easily use the default printer settings, the temperature for PLA ranges between 190 C and 210 C, with heated bed temperatures between 60 C and 65 C. For first layer adhesion, we recommend using PVA glue or Extra Hold hairspray.
Works With Most 3D Printers That Accept 2.85 mm
Ultimaker
PLA is tested primarily for use with Ultimaker 3D Printers. But, it
will also function quite well on any other printer that works with
standard 2.85 mm size filaments.
Anyone that has used the spool of
Ultimaker PLA that comes with any Ultimaker 3D printer is already
acquainted with its quality. If you haven't used in it in a while, grab a
spool and try it. You will not be disappointed.
