The X1E received priority support with MindKits with its own support channel that alerts our support team. You will receive high-priority support over general Bambu support in order to get you up and running quickly.
If you're X1E is down, MindKits can offer to run time-critical prints for you so you hit your deadlines. Reach out to the team with the print requirements, and the X1E support team can assist with in-house printing to alleviate your time-critical 3D Printing requirements.
